Throughout Developing the Marketing Plan course, I had the opportunity to create a marketing plan with the following content: brand script, one-liner, website wireframe, lead generator, and a sales email for a brand/company of my choice

Graduate Hotels: Princeton

Team Member

In the fall Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management hosts BrandWeek with representatives from companies that speak about their company and their issues creating an opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience in a challenging environment. I and nine other Master of Marketing students worked to problem-solve marketing issues for 3 different companies including The Graduate Hotels, Central BBQ, and Vanderbilt Sports Marketing. During BrandWeek the largest project was the Graduate Hotel as we were to create a marketing plan for the new upcoming Princeton Graduate Hotel with a focus on increasing brand awareness. At the end of our competition my team placed 1st for our Princeton Graduate Hotel proposal based on a presentation to the representative from Graduate Hotels

Abercrombie & Fitch Study

Team Member

In my Consumer Behavior course at Vanderbilt Owen my team of six created an A/B test focusing on visual cues and their impact on the online shopping experience specifically with the brand Abercrombie & Fitch. We created a survey to find out more information about the impact reviews vs no reviews and models vs no models have on participants purchase intentions.

Safe Jamz

Team Member

In my New Product Development course at Vanderbilt Owen my team of five had to produce different ideas of potential products to launch. We launched an app called Safe Jamz for early-career musicians to find others easily to collaborate with in a safe and productive way. We created a mission statement, a value proposition, a situation analysis, competitive analysis, financial analysis, marketing plan, market research, and a launch plan.
